Lasagne

So last night we had bolognese and had lots of leftovers so decided to make a lasagna. I usually just cover the top of the lasagna with a plain cheese sauce but tonight I thought I’d do a bit of experimenting and some seasoning to it. I added a bit a of pepper, some rosemary salt, some chilli flakes, some oregano and gated some nutmeg into it. It smelt great and I ended up just eating the last bits out of the pan.

So the added seasoning went great and I think it was my best yet:
