Nixon Special
Now this isn’t something I’ve ever cooked myself, I’ve always had it done for me.
I originally found this on the marmite Facebook page. It soon became a firm favourite with my immediate family and then nicknamed a “Nixon Special” by the rest of the family.
It’s a crumpet with lots of marmite and a runny poached egg on top
